Paul C. Velte IV

Of Counsel
San Marcos, Texas

I have had a broad practice in Texas state courts for 30 years doing both civil and criminal litigation of all kinds. I specialize in the cases that don't fit neatly into a single specialty. I am a problem solver. In my 30 years of practice, I have learned that many, if not most, of people's problems span several specialties at one time. I take pride in doing my best for clients and helping them solve their real-world problems. I understand that each case is sensitive and significant to you, so I incorporate the best available resources and expertise to examine and address the complexities in resolving your case. My interests and activism in defense of civil liberties causes include gun rights, motorcycling, parental rights, drug prohibition reform, and homeschooling.
