The Personal Injury Law Section of David K. Sergi & Associates, P.C. is active in representing plaintiffs who have been injured as a result of the fault of another. With the advent of tort reform, the practice of personal injury law has changed over the past 15 years. Many juries now feel that injuries suffered in car accidents, liability actions and medical malpractice actions are not worth as much as they once were. As a result, the attitude of our Personal Injury Law Section towards handling these cases is to be realistic in our outlook and thorough in our preparation. The Lawyers of our Personal Injury Law Section are pleased to consider accepting cases involving wrongful death, serious automobile accident injuries, and product liability.
