Kathryn L Sullivan

Kathryn is a recent addition to our law firm, licensed with the State Bar in 2011. Her credentials include a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, Public Policy, and Education from the University of Delaware.
Kathryn has interned for both the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She worked throughout law school for the King’s County District Attorney’s Office and for private law firms gaining a wide range of legal specialty.
Since joining David Sergi & Associates, Kathryn has practiced primarily in civil litigation, bankruptcy law, and family law. Kathryn also handles criminal cases, zoning and land disputes, probate matters, corporate and business transactions and works in local city development.
In addition to practicing law, Kathryn enjoys spending her time outdoors in Austin. Though originally from the East Coast, she has fallen in love with the hill country and plans to stay in the San Marcos area for years to come.
