Anthony Fusco

Tony is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. He has been associated with David K. Sergi & Associates, P.C. since his second year of law school.

From 1996-2004, after obtaining his EMT license, Tony worked a surgical technician at Central Texas Medical Center in San Marcos. After concluding his first year in law school, Tony spent a summer working with the Hays County District Attorney’s Office. Shortly thereafter, Tony began working with the law firm and was involved with a wide range of cases, both criminal and civil in nature. Upon graduation, and after passing the Connecticut Bar Exam, Tony decided to remain in San Marcos, and went to work for the law firm full time.

Tony is a part of the real estate practice group, as well as the civil and criminal appellate group. He currently litigates cases involving mortgage fraud, RESPA and TILA. Tony also serves as a criminal list lawyer in the local Hays County courts and handles numerous other cases that come up as part of our representation of clients throughout the Mid-Cities area.
